MUV 250
Description:
MUV-250 is a blend of several solvents formulated for easy removal of ultraviolet curing inks. It is excellent for cleaning the rollers and blankets on any press equipped with buna-nitrile type rubber rollers.
Directions:
Blankets: Apply MUV-250 with a saturated cloth. Wipe clean with clean with a dry cloth.
Rollers: Apply MUV-250 to the top roller and allow wash to work for a few minutes. Engage the wash-up blade and continue to apply small portions to the rollers until clean.
Product Need and Usage:
MUV-250 will remove not only U.V. ink, but conventional inks as well. This is an advantage in plants using both U.V. and conventional inks. It dries without leaving an oily residue or a glazed surface. MUV-250 contains hydrocarbons and is not recommended for most EPDM type rollers.
