Bluetec offers a wide range of UVA and UVA-1 lamps in many lengths, wattage and diameters to cover many specialty applications. UVA lamps emit radiation over the UVA part of the spectrum from 315 to 400 nm. UVA is commonly known as black light, BL, TL/09 and BL350. Black light peaks at 350nm. Used in normally for inspection applications, fluorescent photography, photobiology and photochemistry. The UVA-1 lamp emits radiation in a limited part of the UVA range 350 to 400 nm. This is commonly known
as BLC, BL9, TL/10 and BL367. BLC black light peaks at 367 - 369 nm. Typical applications are screen printing and flexographic platemaking applications, polymerization, medial and biomedical applications.
